Shipping + Rates (Standard and Express)

Standard orders are scheduled to arrive approximately 6-10 business days after shipping from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. Express orders are scheduled to arrive approximately 3-4 business days after shipping from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. All orders placed before 9 a.m. AEST will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse on the same business day and all those placed after 9 a.m. AEST will be processed and shipped the next business day. All orders will dispatch in 1 to 2 business days from order date. Standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

COVID-19 Shipping Update:

• Orders placed after 9AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
